After asking Ashton if he was ready for bed, I got his new candid answer, "no no no!" 0ur little boy is just growing by leaps and bounds. He knows where his nose, eyes, ears, mouth, cheeks, belly, and bum are. He can even say most of them as well. He can tell us what a duck, sheep, and cow say. He loves to play outside and point at airplanes, birds and the stars. He is always so happy and full of laughs and smiles. His curiosity has gotten the best of him with his fascination with the toilet. Blair said he got really quite and she turned around to see him elbow deep in there with a cup... YUM YUM! Blair is still having a blast teaching in Belle Chasse and I am really loving my job too. I have amazing benefits, free Hornets versus Celtics and various others. I have been taking night classes at a local community college Delgado(del-ghetto to the locals) to further my education to become a RN and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. We are really excited about the goals we have set and our future. We really love being here in the New Orleans metro area. We do miss my family in Idaho and Utah, but we've been blessed with amazing opportunities while here. Plus I haven't had to shovel one ounce of snow. It's fun to go to church and have missionaries there every Sunday and be able to have great relationships with them and have the spirit they bring with them into our home. We survived our first Mardi Gras here and Ashton loved the parades we saw. We also used his cuteness to collect lots of beads and cups.
Ashton found a plate of cupcakes and got real quite, here's the result.
